Past Life: Pineapple farmer, professional photographer, specialising in surfing and sports photography as well as being the first to do colour processing.   Pleasures: Wine, family, partying, friends, travel, tennis, table tennis, surfing and swimming.   Motto: He who dies with the most toys wins!   Tipple: Beer or red wine   Pairing: Endeavour Chardonnay with crayfish tail in a seafood bisque.
